Return Policy

HOME & Paws STORE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Home & Paws Store. We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the following Return Policy for details on how to return items.


1. Return Eligibility

a. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
b. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
c. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

a. If you created an account during checkout, go to your Order History to start a return.
b. If you checked out as a guest or run into any issues, email us at hphomeandpaws@gmail.com — we're happy to assist.


3. Return Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Home & Paws Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Refunds

a. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
b. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

a. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
b. Include clear photos and a description to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Damaged Shipments

a. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hphomeandpaws@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and products.
b. Please keep all original packaging — it may be required by the shipping carrier for inspection.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page)

9. European Consumer Rights

a. Our Return Policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
b. European customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 15 days of delivery, no reason required. Follow the steps in Section 2 to begin a return.


10. Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
